What we do

Having a well-thought out estate plan is one of the best things you can do for your family. By doing so, you can determine what happens when you pass away and save them the time & stress involved when there was no prior planning.

We provide a variety of estate planning services to meet your goals for your family. We offer all of our estate planning services at a flat-fee rate so you’ll know exactly what it costs before work begins.

how can we work together?

Estate Planning Packages

All of our estate plans are done on a flat-fee basis, so you’ll know the cost upfront. Some people only need a simple estate plan to achieve their goals. At a minimum, I recommend a Last Will and Testament, Health Care Directive and Living Will, and Financial Power of Attorney.

If you have other goals such as providing for minor children, avoiding probate, qualifying for Medicaid and/or saving on estate taxes, additional documents and services may be needed.

At the core of who we are

We are passionate about helping families take care of the present and prepare for the future.

Last Will & Testament

the document that determines where your property passes at your death.

Everyone should have a valid Last Will & Testament in place to ensure their property passes according to their wishes and so that a guardian can be named for minor children.

Living Will / Healthcare Directive

the document that determines your health care decisions.

These are instructions for all aspects of your medical care if you are unable to make decisions for yourself. People have different ideas about how they want the end of their life to be and it’s nice for you, and your family, to make your wishes known. Creating an advance directive makes sure your preferences for your health care are followed and saves your family from having to make the decisions without knowing what you would’ve wanted.

Financial Power of Attorney

critical document to be prepared for incapacity.

This document may be used during your lifetime to give another person the ability to access your finances if something happens to you. It can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be and it can cover almost any business you could do yourself.
